We only work with the best fabric producers and always process sustainable, high-quality leather and natural fibers such as cotton or cashmere from the best weaving mills - so except the best quality!

We currently ship to Europe, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and Turkey.

We process and ship orders M-F, excluding holidays. Most orders placed before 12 PM CEST will ship the same day. However, sometimes it can take longer, so please allow up to 2-3 business days for orders to be processed before shipping. Your order may take longer to ship if we're experiencing high order volume. You’ll get a notification and tracking number via email when a tracking number has been created. It may take a few hours for tracking to show updates after a label has been created, depending on the carrier.

Delivery times depends on the country of origin of the order.
Below is a list of average transit times by province for standard shipping. Please note that these do not include processing times, which take 1-3 business days, or longer in times of high order volume.

Europe: 1-5 business days
US: 9-13 business days
Canada: 11-13 business days
United Kingdom: 5-7 business days
Switzerland: 5-7 business days
Norway: 5-7 business days
Turkey: 7-9 business days

We are not responsible for any delays with carrier transit times.

We use DHL as major carrier.

The shipping costs are fully covered by us, regardless of the country of origin of the order.

We have a 14-days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved and it comes from a country within the European Union, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
For returns coming from non-EU countries, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.Please note that we do not accept returns sent without a prior request.

We offer free returns for returns from European countries.
For other countries, such as the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, and Turkey, the shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
For a return label we ask you to write to info@halfboy.com. We will send you your return label.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
