RETURN & REFUND CONDITIONS
We have a 14-days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@halfboy.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We offer free returns for returns from European countries.
For other countries, such as the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, and Turkey, the shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
For a return label we ask you to write to info@halfboy.com. We will send you your return label.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Abbiamo una politica di reso di 14 giorni, il che significa che hai 14 giorni dalla ricezione dell'articolo per richiedere un reso.
Per essere idoneo a un reso, l'articolo deve essere nelle stesse condizioni in cui lo hai ricevuto, non indossato o utilizzato, con le etichette e nella sua confezione originale. Avrai anche bisogno della ricevuta o della prova di acquisto.
Per avviare un reso, puoi contattarci all'indirizzo info@halfboy.com. Se il tuo reso viene accettato, ti invieremo un'etichetta di spedizione per il reso, insieme alle istruzioni su come e dove inviare il pacco. Gli articoli inviati senza prima aver richiesto il reso non saranno accettati.

Purtroppo, non possiamo accettare resi su articoli in saldo o carte regalo.
Offriamo resi gratuiti per le spedizioni dai paesi europei.
Per gli altri paesi, come Stati Uniti, Canada, Regno Unito, Svizzera, Norvegia e Turchia, i costi di spedizione saranno a carico del cliente.
Per ottenere un'etichetta di reso, ti chiediamo di scrivere a info@halfboy.com. Ti invieremo l'etichetta di reso.
Ti notificheremo una volta ricevuto e ispezionato il tuo reso, informandoti se il rimborso è stato approvato o meno. Se approvato, il rimborso verrà effettuato automaticamente sul tuo metodo di pagamento originale. Ricorda che potrebbe essere necessario del tempo perché la tua banca o la compagnia della tua carta di credito elaborino e accreditino il rimborso.
